About the Embossed Basketweave Line

Embossed Basket dates to 1932.  Know for it its distinctive and detailed basketweave design these pieces *had to be made 10% larger than the finished size to allow for shrinkage.  The clay would shrink 5% when it dried and another 5% when it was fired!
